CREATING TREASURES FOR YOUR HOME ...

Nuts & Bolts:
In our initial conversation we discuss all sorts of things – what you want from your portrait experience (what products, sizes and where in your home you’d like to have portraits), your previous portrait experience if any, and answer other questions.

I bring my portable studio to you which includes several lights, a canvas backdrop and/or seamless paper, and some stools for seating. 

After the session is on the calendar I will send detailed information about what clothes work best, how the session typically flows (which will vary depending on number of people, ages, especially ages of children), and other things to consider that are helpful for creating an atmosphere for maximizing success and happy outcomes.

After the session is complete I take up to two weeks for editing and then we will confer about products. How this unfolds depends on products desired. Digital-only are available immediately in a downloadable gallery, while physical products involve further consultation (choosing which images and finalizing size most especially), ordering, and delivery. Physical product payment is due when final sections are made and the order is finalized for me to place with my professional labs.

My goal is to have each step in the process – from our initial contact and conversation, the session itself, the selection of art for your home, and delivery – be satisfying and fun. Creating beautiful images of those you love most to display in your home, for you to enjoy every day – makes my heart sing!

Pricing
Pricing starts at $500 for the session and the total depends on product choices. Wall art (canvas or standout prints), albums, and digital only are the most popular options. We will talk about what you want for your home and put together a custom plan. Most clients spend between $1,500 and 5,000. The session fee is due when the session is scheduled on my calendar.
